Penerapan School Well Being di SD Negeri Kalibanteng Kidul 03 Semarang
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of school well being in SD Negeri Kalibanteng Kidul 03 Semarang. The approach in this study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that SD Negeri Kalibanteng Kidul 03 Semarang has not truly become a school well being because there are still inhibiting factors such as inadequate facilities and infrastructure such as the need for additional classrooms, fans and a lot of teacher workload. Meanwhile, the supporting factors are human resources (HR) where all parties, including the principal, teachers, school staff, students, and parents, all have the same desire to create school well being in SD Negeri Kalibanteng Kidul 03 Semarang.
