Abstract
Pancasila as a foundation of a nation, has a crucial role for every citizen that lives in it, including the current generation, Gen Z. They are all one of the main actors to realize one of the goals of Pancasila and the 1945 State Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia is to educate the nation's life. Therefore, Pancasila has a very important role to direct the youth one, to become individuals who are smart and have character and social awareness, has a sense of nationalism and high integrity based on Pancasila values that will provide solid moral, intellectual and ethical guidance. To deal with current global situations and challenges, Pancasila should be held so that we do not forget what is the basic ideology and purpose of the country. To realize this situation, there must be an action to strengthen the character and give birth to smart intellectuals based on the country foundation, Pancasila. So that Indonesia can become a developed nation and the Indonesia Emas slogan is no longer a mere wishful thinking.
