Abstract


The Sekojo Community Health Center still employs manual methods to manage patient data and print queue numbers, which often leads to inaccuracies and slows down service processes. The objective of this research is to develop a web-based information system capable of managing patient data and automatically generating queue numbers, thereby enhancing service efficiency. The methodology used is the Waterfall model, with phases mapped through a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to ensure structured project management. The results of this research demonstrate that the developed system successfully improves the accuracy and speed of data and queue management, as well as enhances the quality of service at the Sekojo Community Health Center.
