Gambaran Persepsi Penata Anestesi Tentang Evaluasi Pra Anestesi di Instalasi Bedah Sentral Kabupaten Banyumas

Abstract

Since the establishment of anesthesia technicians as an independent profession through PMK 18 of 2016, and the establishment of the Professional Standards for Anesthesia Technicians in 2020, there has never been an analysis of the achievement of this professional standard. The perception of anesthesia technicians greatly influences the pre-anesthesia evaluation process so that complications during the intra and post-anesthesia process do not occur. This study aims to determine the description of the perception of anesthesia technicians about pre-anesthesia evaluation at the central surgical installation of Banyumas Regency. This study has passed ethics with no B.LPPM.UHB/564/06/2024, this type of research uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach and is a descriptive survey, data analysis uses descriptive statistics frequencies. The study was conducted on July 2-8, 2024 online at the DPC IPAI Banyumas Regency. The population of anesthesiologists working in the central surgical installation of Banyumas Regency is 47 people with 13 women and 34 men in 2024. The sample in this study was taken from the entire population, and the data collection technique used total sampling, this study used a closed questionnaire consisting of 20 questions and using a Likert scale that had been tested for validity with the average value of r count being 0.583-0.929 and the cronbach's alpha reliability test was 0.927. The results of this study indicate that 19 respondents (40.4%) have a good perception, 28 respondents (59.6%) have a very good perception and no respondents have a bad or very bad perception. The conclusion of this study is that anesthesiologists in the central surgical installation of Banyumas Regency have a very good perception of pre-anesthesia evaluation.
