Sistem Informasi Manajemen Petshop Berbasis Web Menggunakan Metode Prototype di Ozius Petshop

Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on various business sectors, including pet shops that still use manual methods in managing stock, transactions, and customer service, so that inefficiencies and recording errors often occur. To overcome this, this study aims to design and implement a web-based Petshop Management Information System at Ozius Petshop with the Prototype method, which allows direct feedback from users. The system was developed with PHP, CodeIgniter, and MySQL, through needs analysis, interface design, and testing. The results show that this system is able to improve stock management efficiency, reduce recording errors, and make it easier for customers to order online services. This system received a positive response and was considered easy to use, with the potential for further feature development.
