Analisis Preferensi Konsumen Produk Olahan Jamur Tiram di Kota Kendari

Abstract

This study aims to determine the attributes that influence consumers in choosing oyster mushroom processed products and analyze consumer preferences in choosing oyster mushroom processed products in Kendari City. This study was conducted from March 2023 to September 2023 in Anduonohu Village, Poasia District, Kendari City. The population in this study were producers and consumers of Tiga Putra Farm oyster mushroom processed products totaling 15 people. Data collection was carried out using the interview method, namely using an instrument or list of questions in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis with a Likert scale and chi-square analysis. The results of this study indicate that the attributes that influence consumers in choosing Tiga Putra Farm oyster mushroom processed products in Kendari City in sequence are the reliability of product quality (82.81%), practical packaging (79.38%), good taste (79.17%), economical price (79.17%), and soft texture (73.13%). Consumer preferences in choosing oyster mushroom processed products in Kendari City are innovative packaging, easy to carry and light, and the price is relatively cheap (4.0), the quality is different from oyster mushroom chips in other places (3.9), and can be produced continuously (3.7). Factors considered in choosing Tiga Putra Farm oyster mushroom chips products are the chips are chewy and savory (2.7), and because they have a good taste and are considered suitable as everyday snacks.
