Abstract
The research aims to design a Sales Information System for the Kopi Charger Shop, in the food and beverage sector. Currently, the sales process in shops is still carried out traditionally, which creates the risk of losing proof of transactions due to human error. Sales reports are also created manually and only compiled weekly. With this manual system, shop owners have difficulty monitoring sales accurately, potentially causing errors, and have to carry out inventory checks to verify sales results. This makes the sales process less efficient and effective. Therefore, a Sales Information System is needed that can record and compile reports directly and in real-time. The result of this research is a Sales Information System which is expected to help resolve sales problems at the Kopi Charger.
