Abstract


This study aims to determine the results of the Crime and Violation Reporting Information System at the Mamuju Tengah Police Station Based on Qr Code. This study uses a type of research (Research and development) that uses a prototype development model. The data collection technique uses techniques, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Testing on this reporting information system uses the ISO 9126 standard which includes 6 aspects including functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. The results of the system testing using the ISO 9126 standard are in the testing of the functionality aspect of 100%, reliability of 95%, usability of 88.5%, efficiency of 88.7%, maintainability of 100% and portability of 100%. The results of the study concluded that a Crime and Violation Reporting Information System Based on Qr Code has been produced, the system shows that the system meets the characteristics of ISO 9126.
