Digital Media and its Role in Cultural Diplomacy
Abstract
In the current era of digital globalization, the role of digital media in cultural diplomacy is becoming increasingly important. Digital media has changed the way countries interact and share their culture with the world. Through platforms such as the internet, social media and other digital content, cultural diplomacy becomes more accessible and spreads more quickly. However, along with the benefits, new challenges arise such as privacy, information security and content management. This review examines the role of digital media in cultural diplomacy, analyzes its impact, and identifies challenges and opportunities. This research aims to optimize digital media to strengthen intercultural relations and encourage intercultural understanding in the digital era by exploring effective strategies for using digital media for cultural diplomacy purposes.
