Pengaruh Fasilitas Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Gampong Kabupaten Aceh Barat
Abstract
Current organizational developments demand quality and productive human resources. This research aims to analyze the influence of work facilities and work discipline on employee performance at the Village Community Empowerment Service, West Aceh Regency. Using quantitative methods, this research tests the hypothesis that adequate work facilities and high work discipline will have a positive impact on employee performance. Based on the research results, it shows that both work facilities and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance by 26.2%. However, there are still other factors that contribute 73.8% to employee performance. This research concludes that improving work facilities and work discipline can be an effort to improve employee performance. Work facilities at the Village Community Empowerment Service are generally adequate, but there needs to be an increase in IT equipment such as more modern computers, printers and scanners. Even though most employees are disciplined at work, there are still some individuals who often arrive late or leave early. This condition has the potential to hamper work productivity and quality of service to the community.
