Abstract


This article discusses about resource management planning. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of role play techniques in improving students' speaking skills in the classroom. The method used is classroom action research with the participation of students at the junior high school level. The results of the study indicate that the use of role play can significantly increase students' self-confidence, clarity of speech, and ability to interact verbally. Through real-life situation simulations, students can be more actively involved in the language learning process. Therefore, this technique is recommended as one of the effective strategies in teaching speaking skills.
