Pengaruh Model Direct Instruction Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas VII Mata Pelajaran PAI di SMPN 5 Bukittinggi

Abstract

From the background of this thesis, based on research that the author has conducted at SMPN 5 Bukittinggi, there are various factors that influence low student learning outcomes, namely:first, the use of inadequate learning models such as discussions without the teacher explaining. second, because students do not understand open material because the teacher explanation is not satisfactory. And the third is because students learning motivation is low. This type of research is experimental research which uses the ex post facto method which is quantitative research. The data collection technique used by researchers is by using tests and supported by documentation. Then the data analysis technique uses the homogeneity test, normality test, and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS. From research conducted by researchers, it is clear that the influence of the Direct Instruction model on student learning outcomes in PAI subjects at SMPN 5 Bukittinggi is that there is an influence on student learning outcomes in classes using the Direct Instruction model by conducting tests in two classes VII-4 and VII-6. Based on the hypothesis test data analysis that the researcher has carried out, there is an influence of the direct instruction model on the learning outcomes of class VII students in PAI subjects at SMPN 5 Bukittinggi. From the One Sample Statistics table using the direct instruction model, there is a significant influence, namely Sig. 0.000?0,05, so Hi is accepted. It can be concluded that this direct instruction model has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of class VII students in PAI subjects at SMPN 5 Bukittinggi.
