Penerapan BPMN Untuk Mendukung Proses Bisnis Perkreditan Pada Sistem Informasi di PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk
Abstract
PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, as one of the largest government-owned banks in Indonesia, is committed to improving people's welfare through the distribution of People's Business Credit (KUR) for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze the business process of KUR distribution at Bank BRI KCP Pasar 16 Ilir and how the process can improve efficiency and effectiveness in providing support to MSMEs. The methods used include observation, interviews, and modeling using the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to identify problems and challenges in the credit application process. The results of the study indicate that there are several obstacles in the business process that can affect the speed and accuracy of KUR distribution. Therefore, system optimization and routine training for staff are important steps in improving KUR distribution performance.
