Abstract
The development of digital technology has changed the way banking services are provided, including the emergence of mobile banking. In Indonesia, BRIMO (BRI Mobile) is one of the innovations that allows customers to carry out various banking transactions online, including opening a savings account. The process of opening an account through BRIMO is different from the manual process, so modeling is needed to understand the workflow. This study aims to model and analyze the process of creating a savings account through the BRIMO application using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). With BPMN modeling, it is expected to identify the activities involved, the flow, and the responsibilities of each party. The research methods used include observation and interviews to collect data related to the savings book creation process. BPMN will map all stages, from registration to account activation, to improve service efficiency and effectiveness. Identification of problems faced, such as unclear process flow, delays, and lack of system integration, is also the focus of this study. By visualizing the process using BPMN, it is expected to optimize coordination between parties and increase user satisfaction with BRIMO services. This study is expected to provide valuable insights in supporting BRI's digital transformation and creating better and more competitive banking services.
