Analisis Pengaruh Akuisisi Antara Goto dan Tiktok Shop Terhadap Saham

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is a difference in the stock price of technology industry companies before and after the emergence of news related to the acquisition of goto and Tik tok shop, with a time window of 10 days before and 10 days after the news of the acquisition of goto and Tik tok shop. To find out how much the Indonesian capital market reacted to the event by using stock price indicators. The data used in this study is secondary data with the population of technology industry companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method and was obtained from 29 companies that had trials with a total of 47 samples. From the results of the research, it can be found that the acquisition of GOTO and Tiktok has a negative impact on the stock price of the technology industry.
