Abstract
Jaya Mukti is one of the administrative areas in East Dumai District, Dumai City, with potential in the agricultural, plantation, livestock, arts, and home-based industry sectors. These potentials represent local resources that can be developed to improve community well-being. However, Jaya Mukti Urban Village continues to face challenges related to environmental management, literacy, education, and technology utilization. Therefore, this community service program aimed to improve human resource capacity, environmental awareness, technology utilization, and the development of local potential through educational, participatory, and sustainable programs in Jaya Mukti Urban Village. The community service activities employed a descriptive qualitative approach based on Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving the UNRI KUKERTA Team and the local community. The results indicated improvements in children's educational outcomes, environmental awareness, and public service efficiency. The achievements included increased reading interest and language skills among children, as well as improved community knowledge and practical skills in processing organic waste into eco-enzyme and optimizing home gardens through hydroponic cultivation. The implementation of a desktop-based correspondence management application and a mosque QRIS payment system also supported the modernization of administrative and financial management, promoting greater transparency and accountability.
