Abstract
Permasalahan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah karena proses dan produk pembelajaran kurang berkualitas, sehingga outcome-nya rendah. Tujuan Kegiatan ini  untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses, hasil pembelajaran, keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi khsusunya kegiatan lesson study berorientasi profil pelajar pancasila (LS-P3) berbasis kurikulum merdeka guru fisika di SMAN 10 Makassar. Solusi/metode pelaksanaan ini terdiri dari 1) persiapan pelaksaanaan LS-P3; 2) pelaksanaan dan observasi; 3) refleksi; 4) dan monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dan dampak pelaksanaan LS-P3: 1) 100% peserta menyatakan sangat bermanfaat; 2). 100% banyak memberi keterampilan; 3) 100% sangat banyak tersedia bahan LS-P3, 4) 70% sangat mengatasi kekurangan LS-P3, 20% kurang mengatasi dan 10% banyak mengatasi; 5) 14 % sangat membantu proses belajar mengajar fisika, dan 86% dapat membantu. Luaran kegiatan menghasilkan produk perangkat LS-P3 yang berkualitas. Kesimpulan: Peserta PKM sudah sangat terampil dalam hal:1) mengidentifikasi; mendisain; membuat LS-P3; 2). menggunakan LS-P3; 3) LS-P3 dapat mengatasi ketersedian di sekolah dan dapat membantu guru dalam proses belajar mengajar. LS-P3 efektif dalam meningkatkan proses dan produk pembelajaran dan keterampilan berpikir tinggi siswa sebesar 95% termasuk kategori tinggi.
