Abstract


Community welfare is a crucial goal of development and social welfare provision. The Tiga Belas Bersaudara Foundation (Yatibersa) in Paya Geli Village conducts five social service programs: mass circumcision, distribution of basic food supplies, blood drives, free health check-ups, and the provision of school supplies. This study aims to determine the impact of Yatibersa's social service programs on the welfare of beneficiaries in Paya Geli Village. A quantitative approach with an associative design was employed. The primary sample for statistical testing consisted of 63 respondents. Data were collected via a four-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity, reliability, normality, and linearity tests, simple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination via IBM SPSS Statistics 27. The independent variable was social service (X), while the dependent variable was community welfare (Y). The results indicate that Yatibersa's social service programs have a positive and significant effect on community welfare, with a calculated t-value of 11.206 (exceeding the t-table value of 1.999) and a significance level of < 0.001. The regression model yielded the equation Y = 7.111 + 0.605X. An R-value of 0.820 indicates a very strong relationship, while an R² of 0.673 shows that social service programs explain 67.3% of the variation in community welfare. Furthermore, a calculated F-value of 125.570 with a significance level of < 0.001 confirms the validity of the regression model. These findings affirm that the five social service programs have a tangible impact on the welfare of beneficiaries in Paya Geli Village and support the fulfillment of the program evaluation indicators used in the study.
