Abstract
This article discusses the planning of Human Resources (HR) management based on Islamic banking management and how solutions or strategies are used to overcome these problems. Islamic human resource management refers to HR that implements and carries out Islamic values in all its activities. The Islamic HR management system focuses on 2 types of human actions in the world, namely muamalah actions (worldly affairs) and acts of worship (worship affairs). Islamic banking has experienced significant growth in various countries in the world including Indonesia. This drives the need for competent and sharia-oriented HR. Effective HR planning in Islamic banking is the key to achieving success and sustainability. The method of writing this article is library research because the main theme of the research study comes from literature.
