Strategi MSDM untuk Meningkatkan Kapabilitas SDM Dalam Transformasi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Menjadi Perusahaan Berkelanjutan
Abstract
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia are in an unfavorable condition to grow and develop as sustainable companies. MSMEs face obstacles, ranging from the quality of human resources (HR), company management, access to permits, access to supply chains to access to financial resources. This paper proposes a human resource management (HR) strategy in improving HR capabilities in MSMEs so that they can become sustainable companies. The strategies taken include organizational strategies, strategic capabilities, and HR strategies.
