Analisis Efektivitas Pelatihan Kewirausahaan di Universitas Bina Mandiri Gorontalo

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program pelatihan kewirausahaan di Universitas Bina Mandiri Gorontalo dan memahami dampaknya terhadap mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam dengan mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti program tersebut dan analisis terhadap data yang terkumpul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan kewirausahaan di universitas ini sangat berharga dan memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi mahasiswa. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan kewirausahaan memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang konsep-konsep kewirausahaan dan keterampilan praktis yang relevan dengan dunia bisnis. Mahasiswa merasa terlibat secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran melalui berbagai metode, seperti kuliah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan kegiatan praktis seperti studi kasus dan simulasi bisnis. Program ini juga memberikan dasar yang kuat bagi mahasiswa dalam memulai perjalanan kewirausahaan mereka. Mahasiswa menghargai kesempatan untuk berinteraksi dengan rekan-rekan sejawat yang memiliki semangat yang sama, saling mendukung, dan berbagi pengalaman dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis. Mereka juga telah mempelajari berbagai aspek penting dalam memulai dan mengelola bisnis, termasuk perencanaan bisnis, analisis pasar, manajemen keuangan, pemasaran, dan manajemen operasional. Lebih lanjut, mahasiswa berhasil menerapkan pengetahuan yang mereka peroleh dalam kegiatan kewirausahaan mereka sendiri, seperti mengembangkan rencana bisnis komprehensif dan merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Namun, penelitian juga mengungkapkan beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa dalam mengikuti program, terutama terkait dengan keterbatasan sumber daya dan membangun jaringan bisnis. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan adanya peningkatan alokasi sumber daya, penguatan jaringan bisnis, pendekatan berpusat pada mahasiswa, dan integrasi teori dan praktik yang lebih luas dalam program pelatihan kewirausahaan. Kesimpulannya, program pelatihan kewirausahaan di Universitas Bina Mandiri Gorontalo telah memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi mahasiswa. Dengan implementasi saran-saran yang diajukan, program ini dapat terus ditingkatkan untuk memberikan persiapan yang lebih baik bagi mahasiswa dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis di masa depan.
