Evaluasi Program Pelatihan Guru Disekolah Man 2 Model Medan
Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the teacher training program implemented at MAN 2 Model Medan. The evaluation was conducted by examining three main aspects: input, process, and output of the training program. The method used was a formative evaluation with a qualitative approach, which involved interviews with training participants, observations of training activities, and analysis of documents related to the program. The evaluation results indicate that the training program has been carried out according to plan, although there were some challenges related to facilities and the duration of the training. Overall, the training program was able to enhance the teachers' professional competencies, although there is a need for improvement in the follow-up activities after the training to ensure its long-term impact. This study provides recommendations for improving the design and implementation of training programs in the future.
