Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Program Outing Class dan Market Day untuk Mengembangkan Enterpreneuship di TK Harapan Islamiyah dengan Menggunakan Model CIPP
Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Outing Class and Market Day programs to develop entrepreneurial skills in early childhood at Harapan Islamiyah Kindergarten using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The Outing Class program provides a hands-on learning experience outside the classroom, while the Market Day is designed to introduce children to the simple world of entrepreneurship. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a purposive sampling technique involving 24 subjects, consisting of children, teachers, and parents. The results of the study show that this program is relevant to the needs of experiential learning, involving competent teachers, parental support, and has a positive impact on the development of children's social skills, courage, and independence. However, there are challenges such as resource readiness and children's comfort in a new environment. This study recommends strengthening collaboration between teachers and parents as well as increasing simulation of activities to maximize the impact of the program. The results of this evaluation are expected to be a reference for the improvement of similar programs in the future.
