Pemanfaatan Teknologi dalam Olahraga Renang
Abstract
This research explores the utilization of information and communication technology (ICT) in improving the effectiveness of the sports learning process, particularly in swimming. In the context of sports education and training, technology has become an important component that expands the reach, multiplies learning methods, and increases the effectiveness of athletes' training. Nonetheless, there are many challenges in the integration of ICT by teachers and coaches, which requires an in-depth understanding of the role of technology and how to intelligently integrate it into the learning environment. Through a literature study using the Systematic Review method, this research identifies various technological innovations that have transformed swimming training and competition, ranging from aerodynamic swimwear to motion analysis systems. It also discusses the challenges faced in the utilization of technology, such as high investment costs and data security issues. The conclusions emphasize the need for a balance between the use of technology and the fundamental values of sport, as well as the importance of regulation and stakeholder participation in decision-making regarding the use of technology in sport. If applied wisely, technology can improve the performance of swimming athletes and provide a better experience for spectators, without compromising the pure essence of the sport itself
