Strategi Manajemen Kinerja Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Guru

Abstract

Teaching is a very noble profession.  One party that is very influential in the world of education is the existence of teachers as educators and lecturers who will direct the nation's generation in the right and appropriate direction. Performance is certainly a very important factor in determining the quality of a person's work, including teachers. Teacher performance assessment is used to evaluate the main task activities of a teacher. Teacher performance management is especially closely related to the principal's duty to always carry out continuous communication, through partnerships with all teachers in the school. This research uses qualitative methods with a library research approach. Data collection techniques in this research used primary and secondary sources. Performance management plays an important role in increasing teacher motivation and job satisfaction. Based on an analysis of basic performance management concepts, this strategy involves a systematic planning, measurement and evaluation process to ensure teacher performance is in line with the goals of educational institutions. Field studies show that involving teachers in strategy planning and ensuring transparent communication can reduce barriers.
