Pengaruh Metode Pembelajaran Bermain Terhadap Kemampuan Siswa dan Perbandingan Kinerja Atletik Antara Siswa Aktif dan Tidak Aktif Berolahraga di SD

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the influence of play-based learning methods on students' abilities in elementary school. In addition, the study also focused on the comparison of athletic performance between students who were active in sports and those who did not. The study subjects consisted of elementary school students who were divided into two groups based on their level of sports activity. The first group includes students who actively participate in various sports activities, while the second group consists of students who are less involved in physical activity. The method used in this study is a literature study, in which researchers collect data from various sources, including academic journals, books, and other relevant articles. The data collection technique is carried out by summarizing the important points of the existing literature, so that the information obtained can be accounted for and relevant to the research topic. The results of this study show that the application of play-based learning methods has a significant positive impact on students' motor, cognitive, and social skills. This method not only makes the learning process more enjoyable, but also helps students to more easily understand the concepts taught through hands-on experience and social interaction. In addition, an analysis of athletic performance showed that students who were active in sports had better stamina and physical fitness compared to their inactive counterparts. This shows that involvement in sports is not only beneficial for physical health but can also improve students' academic and social performance.
